Royal Portrush Golf Club, situated in Northern Ireland, has a storied history as a premier links course. Established in 1888, it underwent significant renovations by legendary architect Harry Colt in the early 20th century. The course gained international acclaim and hosted the first-ever Open Championship outside of Great Britain in 1951. Its Dunluce Links, redesigned by Martin Ebert in 2016, hosted The Open again in 2019, reaffirming Royal Portrush's status as a world-class golf destination.
