Dating back to the 14th or 15th century, it is associated with Brian Boru, a legendary Irish king. The harp is intricately carved and features a woman's head on the pillar, making it a masterpiece of medieval craftsmanship. It serves as a potent symbol of Irish culture and identity, also appearing on Ireland's official coat of arms.
